Focus sessions are built-in Pomodoro timers that help you do deep work. Start a session, pick a task to focus on, and the app tracks your focused time so you can see how productive your day was.
Goals let you group related tasks under a bigger outcome. Add milestones to break a goal into phases, track progress with check-ins, and collaborate with others — all on the Pro plan.
Yes! Send an email or SMS to your personal Focus Pocus address and it automatically creates a task in your inbox. Great for capturing ideas when you're away from your desk.
We offer two plans: Basic ($3/month) for individual productivity with tasks, habits, and focus sessions, and Pro ($5/month) which adds goals, collaboration, and team features.
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Basic to Pro at any time, and the price difference is prorated. You can also downgrade at the end of your billing period.
Basic includes the Focus Board for task management, habits and streak tracking, Pomodoro focus sessions, AI chat assistant, mobile app access, calendar integration, and email/SMS task capture.
Pro adds goals and milestones, team collaboration with shared goals, goal check-ins and benchmarks, shared activity feeds, and collaborator task assignment.
Your goals and all associated data are preserved — they're just hidden from the UI. If you upgrade back to Pro later, everything will be right where you left it.
Collaborators you invite to a shared goal can access that goal without needing their own Pro plan. However, they'll need Pro to create their own goals.
From any goal page, click the collaborators icon and enter their email. They'll receive an invite link to join.
There is no hard limit on collaborators per goal. Invite as many people as you need.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Go to Settings in the app and click "Cancel Subscription." You keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
